Special Category Electors

You CANNOT change your address online as electronic signatures cannot be accepted.
Completed enrolment forms must be signed by hand and returned to the AEC.
Electors in Victoria and Western Australia also need to have their signature witnessed for state enrolment.


Special Category Enrolment forms must be printed off and signed by hand as electronic signatures cannot be accepted. Some forms can be completed on screen before being printed out and signed. Forms can then be either mailed to the address below, or faxed or mailed to your nearest Divisional Office with the exception of the application to be a silent elector, this form cannot be faxed.
